Has anyone used the patch? This will be our 5th cruise, however we've always stayed around mid-ship. Since we have scored an aft JS I am slightly concerned about feeling a lot more motion back there. My aunt advised to get the patch. She said it works for 2-3 days. Are there any side effects? Should I put the patch on a couple of hours before we sail? I have already scheduled a doctor's appt to get a prescription. Thanks for any information!

This patch actually works. i took it on my last cruise where the seas were very rough and it worked better than any other option such as dramamine or the wrist bands.

Thanks for the information. We go to the doctor's next Tuesday so we'll be asking for the prescription then.
