MIAMI, July 21 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. has named long-time company attorney Bradley Stein vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary. Stein will assume broad responsibilities for legal strategy and integration throughout the company.
A 14-year veteran of the company, Stein previously served as vice president and deputy general counsel. Earlier, he served as associate vice president and assistant general counsel, and director and assistant general counsel. Throughout his Royal Caribbean career, he has worked on many significant company events, including the company’s 1993 IPO, numerous ship deliveries and several company acquisitions.
Stein will report to Royal Caribbean Chairman and CEO Richard Fain in his new job.
